in the case of darkness

like all the other 90ies hardcore-kids i’ve got a quite decent vinyl-collection. sorted alphabetically my 7”s get quite dusty behind my couch in my living room. after re-discovering MONSTER X on myspace some weeks ago, i was listening to my old MONSTER X-7”s again. i haven’t touched those records for years. i can’t even remember all the records i’ve bought in the last (+/-) 15 years.

now i have this plan (to have one plan at least): listen to every single 7” (and some 5”/6”s), take a picture and write some words about it. in the beginning it will mostly be hardcore-records (alphabetically) and later on all the others (mostly indie-rock) that aren’t really sorted.

P.S.: “in the case of darkness” was written on the floor of some plane i took last year. i really liked that phrase - so it turned out to be the name of this blog.
